Veltheimia bracteata -
The wavy medium green leaves are gorgeous in the dry shade garden. They are topped in late winter/early spring with tall spikes of pink flowers that are followed by puffy green pods. They will form little colonies over time if left undisturbed. They can reseed in moist gardens.
